Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed by Nuvixo.

Please make sure the returned product is packaged securely. Nuvixo is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping because of insufficient packaging.

Refunds

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Information

Nuvixo provides free standard shipping on all products. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery typically taking 3–7 business days after processing.

A tracking number is provided for shipped orders whenever applicable.
