All payments must be completed at the time the order is placed. Orders will be processed after the payment has been successfully authorized.
Payment Security
We use secure payment processing to help protect your payment information during checkout. Nuvixo does not need or retain your complete credit or debit card details.
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing and payment information is correct or contact your payment provider for assistance. An order cannot be processed until a valid payment has been successfully received.
Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, your order will normally be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Orders are generally delivered within 5–11 business days after processing. All Nuvixo products include free standard shipping.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its delivery progress.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Los Angeles, USA time. Orders placed after the daily cut-off may be processed on the following business day.
Refunds
When a refund is approved under our return policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after it has been approved. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
